CHALLENGE
Customer was experiencing reliability issues due to corrosion of ferrous components causing leakage and reduction of torque output.
SOLUTION
F Series actuator was supplied for trunnion ball valve with stainless steel cylinders and fasteners (standard construction).
RESULTS
Corrosion issues were resolved resulting in standardization for metering stations across the state. Applications include city gate station, fuel gas to combined cycle power plants, and institutional applications.
